Unlike my Signature Brows, the Halal Brow service is strictly non-removal. I respect the religious boundary of Nams (plucking) by using professional lightening techniques rather than hair removal.
Brow Bleaching: Instead of threading or waxing, stray hairs are expertly bleached to match your skin tone, allowing them to blend seamlessly into the skin for a clean, groomed finish.

LASH LIFT & TINT
Transform your lashes with my Halal Lash Lift. Unlike traditional lash perms or extensions that can coat the hair in a waterproof seal, the Halal Lash Lift works with your natural hair chemistry to ensure water can still reach the lash during prayer.
Internal Restructuring: We use the advanced Cysteamine-based Elleebana Profusion formula. This gently breaks and reforms the disulfide bonds inside the hair shaft to lift the lashes from the root.
Permeability Science: This process changes the shape of the hair without adding an occlusive (airtight) barrier. Your lashes remain porous and breathable.
HELYX Hybrid Tinting: To finish, we use HELYX Hybrid Tints to deposit deep, rich pigment into the hair cortex. This provides the darkness of mascara while remaining 100% water-permeable.

30 DAYS PRIOR
Avoid facials, chemical peels, laser treatments or microdermabrasion
Botox injection and fillers should be performed no less than 4 weeks prior. They can alter the position of your brows and texture of your skin.
Must not be on Antibiotics
absolutely no Anti-aging and/or Anti-acne products
No Retin A within 30 days of treatment (No Accutane within one year of treatment)
No Surgery of any kind
2 WEEKS PRIOR
Do NOT use a tanning bed 2 weeks prior. If you have a sunburn at the time of the appointment, you will be rescheduled and forfeit your deposit.
Avoid waxing or tinting 2 weeks prior to service.
48-72 HOURS PRIOR
Avoid blood thinners such as Ibuprofen, aspirin, Aleve, NSAIDS, vitamin E, fish oil or vitamins unless medically necessary 48-72 hours before. Must get a dr. note if on prescribed blood thinners.
For lip tattoo clients ONLY, take precaution and take anti-viral medication to prevent activation of cold sores. Tattooing in that area can sometimes trigger the virus which can affect color retention.
For lip tattoo clients ONLY, exfoliate lips to help have a smoother treatment area.
24 HOURS PRIOR
Avoid working out the day before and the day of your appointment. No exceptions.
Avoid alcohol or caffeine 24 hours before. No exceptions.
ON THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT
Avoid caffeine!! (soda, coffee, etc.)
Feel free wear your makeup if you choose to provide an idea of your desired color and shape. We provide thorough mapping and measurements to create the perfect brow shape for your face.
Please hydrate and eat a light meal.
ADDITONAL INFORMATION
Avoid booking on your menstrual cycle if possible as it can increase your pain.
The skin must be free of all irritations including ingrown hairs, blemishes, eczema, and psoriasis. -
At Boudoir Lashes we offer 4 different types of bikini line wax, and if you’re not sure what to go for, let us know in advance as we can help you decide which one to book in for.
The Basic bikini wax - This removes hair from the sides and top of the knicker line only (does not include the lines negra) and takes about 20 minutes.
The G-string wax / high bikini - This removes hair from the same areas but follows the line of a G-string knicker, offering a higher cut option. It also takes around 20 minutes.
The Brazilian bikini wax - This removes everything from the intimate areas (front and back), as well as the sides and top of the bikini area, leaving a strip of hair at the front. It is our most popular treatment and takes 20-30 minutes. If you’re on your time of the month, just pop a fresh tampon on before your treatment.
The Hollywood bikini wax - This takes everything off and again takes 20-30 minutes.

You most certainly can however If you're looking for safe hair-removal methods, waxing is fine during pregnancy. There are some things you'll want to keep in mind, though. Because of an increase in blood flow to your skin – and your pubic area – your skin may be more sensitive and waxing may be more painful than usual during pregnancy. I use Lycon Hot wax for face and intimate waxing and outback organics for larger areas such as legs and arms. if you have any concerns please check with your Doctor / Midwife before you book an appointment. depending on the stage of pregnancy you may need extra time so please let me know in advance.
