WHAT IS THE OLD LIFTING TECHNIQUE? The old lifting technique only works from the root of your natural lashes to midway of your lashes based on how far they go up onto the selected shield. it works a bit faster and breaks down the bond quicker compared to the Korean method.
WHAT SHOULD I CHOOSE? This would depend on your preference and time. a regular lift takes roughly 45mins to 60mins. and the Korean takes roughly 60-75Mins. If you have very straight lashes and are resistant to a curl opt for the Korean Lash Lift it is a more controlled way of lifting your lashes and the results are incredible.

THE PROCEDURE
First, your lashes will be cleaned although you will need to arrive with no eye makeup up and no contact lens in your eyes.
Next, your lower lashes are covered with cooling eyelids to prevent them from being curled.
A curved silicone shield is placed over each upper eyelid close to your lash line.
A bonding solution is then brushed over the eyelashes, which are then lifted towards the shield.
Then a perming solution is applied and left to process for around ten minutes.
After that, the solution is removed and a neutraliser solution is applied and left to process.
Next, a Keratin treatment is applied to help fortify the natural lash.
A tint is applied to darken your natural lashes - we always use blue-black which is the darkest. If a lighter coloured is required please let us know at the time of the appointment.
Your lashes will then be gently removed from the silicon pad using a moist cotton swab and a gentle clean to your eyelids.

A lash lift can last upto Six to eight weeks, depending on your natural lash growth cycle. Most clients rebook at 8-10 week mark. I'll remind you when you're due.

A standard lift uses a TGA perming solution, which is a faster processing system. The Korean method uses keratin and cysteamine — it lifts and conditions simultaneously. The result is shinier, more precisely lifted, and far less likely to leave lashes brittle or over-curled due to the nourishing ingredients and slower processing time.

Not at all. You lie back, eyes closed, while the solution works. The studio is warm and quiet. Most clients fall asleep, which is, genuinely, the point.

Avoid all eye products for the first 48 hours. After that, mascara is fine, though most clients find they don't need it anymore. That tends to be the moment they become regulars.

This is a grey area as your hormones plays a big part on how the solution breaks down the bond of your lashes to create the lift. if youve had a lash lift with me before pregnancy we can try a lift but i wouldnt be able to guarantee the results. i would suggest eyelash extensions during pregnancy.
