This is a bespoke growth and recovery service for clients rebuilding sparse, over-plucked, or under-grown brows, built around your hair’s natural cycle rather than a single appointment. We begin with a full consultation to understand your brow history and set realistic goals, followed by a tailored plan of shaping, conditioning and styling across your visits to guide growth in the right direction as it happens. You’ll also leave with a personalised home-care routine, so the progress continues between appointments. Slow, considered, and built to last, because the best brows are grown, not forced. Bridal Lash Look Consultation - 30mins £65
Every bride’s story is different, which is why we begin with a consultation to talk through the right look for your wedding day. Asma will devise the perfect lash and brow plan for you, from a softer look for your hen do that transitions beautifully into fuller bridal lashes on the big day. Together you’ll discuss what suits your eye shape, before booking in for a trial session to make sure everything’s perfect ahead of your wedding.

Yes! If you have never had lash extensions before please contact us to arrange a patch test to take place at least 7 days prior to your appointment. You can also book here.
If you do not organise to have a patch test prior to booking the appointment, we are not liable for any adverse reactions to any products we use on you. If you cancel your appointment inside our 48 hour cancellation policy, you will lose the value of your booking. Please see ‘Policy’ for full terms and conditions. Please note that even if you have a patch test we cannot guarantee that you won’t have an allergic reaction to the adhesive and products used on you. The amount of adhesive used in a patch test is different to the amount used in your actual treatment. As your body changes and adapts to different climates etc you could develop an allergy even if you’ve been having eyelash extensions for 5 years. However as a precaution we always advise new clients and existing clients to have a patch test - especially if they havnt’t had extensions for a long time or it is their first time. Our clients health and safety is paramount and we will endeavour to always provide you with the best possible advice

NO EYE MAKE UP! - Be sure to arrive at your lash appointment wearing no Eye-Make up, or alternatively arrive at least 15 minutes earlier to remove it. Please note you will need to remove your makeup before we enter the treatment room. You may lose some of your allocated treatment time should you arrive wearing make up as we have to make sure it is all removed properly before your treatment can begin. We recommend to avoid wearing eye make up for the entire day that you have your lash appointment, the less oil you have on your lashes tends to mean the longer your lashes stay on for as the glue can set smoother and your lashes will look fresher!
TINTING - If you have fair/blonde lashes we recommend tinting them at least 7days in advance you can book in here in advance, the individual lash extensions we apply are black, therefore if your lashes underneath are lighter they may be noticeable against the extensions. You can book a lash tint online with us.
LVL LASHES/LASH LIFT - If you have had this treatment applied to your lashes within the last 4 weeks please refrain from having lash extensions applied. The curl from the lash perm makes it more difficult for the lashes to be applied and they may sit unevenly on your lash line.
REMOVE CONTACT LENS - You must arrive with your contact lens removed as the eye pads and the prep solution can get into the eyes. To avoid that please ensure you bring your glasses with you.
WASH YOUR HAIR - You will not be able to get your lashes wet / moist / damp etc for the first 24-48hrs. so ensure you arrive with clean fresh hair.
ANTIHISTAMINES - We advise all clients to take an anti - histamine tablet a few days prior and post lash application. This will help to reduce any adverse reactions. However this does not mean we can guarantee that you won’t react.

FOR THE FIRST 24 HOURS - The first 24 hours after your appointment are the most crucial in terms of aftercare, the glue needs this time to set properly (polymerise) in order for your lashes to last. No water, heat, steam gym etc or eye make up for 24 hours after. Avoid getting your lashes wet at all costs- this includes being a gym bunny and getting sweaty during your workout!
AVOID WEARING EYE MAKE UP - We understand that you probably won’t do this, but products containing oils and just general rubbing of the eyes cause the lashes to fall out more easily and pull your natural lashes out in the process! If you are going to wear eye-make up try using non-oil based products and apply them to end just above your lash line so you don’t have to touch the lashes when removing them- cotton buds work wonders! The use of Mascara is unforgivable, why spend your hard earned cash on a set of lavish eyelash extensions to ruin them with it?! A BIG no no!
SLEEPING - If you sleep on your side you may notice that the lashes fall out of that particular side much quicker- this is natural and happens to everyone. If you’re becoming a lash addict, try to teach yourself to sleep on your back- if your partner complains this makes you snore, tell them they can pay for your infills to be done more frequently!
DO NOT PULL YOUR EYELASHES OUT!!! This is possibly the most vital piece of aftercare. Not only is this a painful ordeal, but you will also be pulling your natural lashes out before they naturally fall, leaving you with bald patches, not even infills can solve that issue!
REMOVING YOUR EYE MAKE-UP Despite the fact we are opposed to wearing eye make with your Boudoir Lashes, we know everyone has a lil rebellious streak. If you do wear eye make up remove it with Bioderma Sensibio Make-Up removing Micellar water- it’s gentle on your face and doesn’t leave an oily residue- meaning they’ll be less harmful to your lashes! The product has even been featured in Elle Magazine and recommended by the gorgeous Lara Stone! Use it sparingly around the eyes with a cotton bud or a fluffy eyeshadow brush.
COOKING / NAKED FLAMES - The eyelash extensions are made out of a fibre called PBT. Please be careful when cooking over heat and opening the oven door as the tips of your lashes could singe. Please also be careful when blowing out a candle or smoking.
HEAT / SUNSHINE - During the summer months you will need to avoid direct sunshine on your lashes for the first 24-48 hrs whilst the sun is out. In London this can be quite sporadic and we can never be quite sure when we will have a heatwave. Keep in the shade and out of direct sunlight to avoid any adverse reactions. If you are unsure please don’t hesitate to ask.
SHOWERS / HOT BATHS - When showering remember to face away from the shower to avoid the pressure of the shower going directly onto your face, along with the shampoo etc going onto your lashes. Ensure you sweep back any product over the back of your head so it runs down your back. Asma will explain this process to you when you visit for your lash appointment.

Eyebrow and lash treatments are safe to have during pregnancy; however, for any chemical-based treatments, we recommend having them after your first trimester and strongly advise having a patch test for the chemicals before you proceed with the treatment.

Yes. It is vital that you mention any health condition before you proceed with any treatments so that the therapist is aware and can advise of any precautions to take.
